I find this picture extremely helpful.
Mostly because in the future I plan to be wealthy enough to need fancy table settings and to have sweet dinner parties where I will need to impress my famous friends with my knowledge of cutlery.

I like the "retro" look of this packaging.

I love Tim Burton.
I think that his exhibit at MoMA was the best art show I went to this year.
I really like the simplicity of his line drawings. How he is able to show so much feeling through such simple drawings is amazing.

I have always loved the look of collages. I especially like collages that use combine images to create something else.
This is a pretty sweet example of what I mean.

I think the reason I love this photograph is because it is so confusing.
What is up with that woman's coat?
What is up with her hair?
Does she know she looks like a plum?
Does she care?

I would like to meet this little old lady.

Though I don't profess to be a bug lover, I'm certainly not a bug hater (maybe a spider freaker-outer though).
Anyway, I think this wallpaper is awesome!
I especially like that the print isn't just a small repeating pattern that might as well be some pedestrian floral print.

One thing I keep thinking about though, what if Kafka woke up as a bug in this room? Maybe he wouldn't have been so depressed about being a bug.

I'm taking Art and Civilization of India and at the moment we are discussing the influence of Islam on Indian art.
I love the vivid colors, geometric patterns and repeating motifs that make Islamic art and architecture well known.
I think this interior is a beautiful example of what I mean.
